Work you paid for is supported

Any deliverable produced through Forward Deployed and paid for with credits, whether on forwardeployed.work, in ChatGPT or in another AI app connected to Forward Deployed, comes with support from our team:

• We answer questions about the work: how it was produced, what it assumed and where its sources came from.
• We fix errors we made, at no charge.
• If it clearly missed its brief, we rerun it once at no charge.

Ask from the engagement, or write to us through Contact, within 3 days of delivery.

Time with our experts

Time with a person on our team, such as a review call or expert input, is not part of a job's price. We quote it in credits, like any other work.

Free help

Ask Us Anything is free. It is advice from our team, not support for a specific deliverable.

Not covered

• Answers that ChatGPT or another AI app writes on its own without running Forward Deployed.
• Changes to the brief after delivery. That is new work, quoted as usual.
